What we cannot help with
We cannot give personal medical advice. We are not clinicians, and even if we
were, doing it by email without examining you or seeing your history would be unsafe. We
cannot tell you what a symptom means, interpret a blood test, suggest a dose, or advise
on your medication. Please do not send us confidential health information, because we are
not equipped to hold it and we cannot act on it.
If you are worried about a symptom, please speak to a doctor. If the situation is
urgent, call 112. For mental health support, the Government of India runs
Tele-MANAS on 14416 or 1800-891-4416. Our
medical disclaimer explains the
limits in full.
Commercial enquiries
We do not publish sponsored posts, paid guest articles, or link insertions, and we do
not sell placements in our reviews. Approaches of that kind will not get a reply, so please
save your time and ours. Genuine partnership proposals that respect editorial independence
are welcome, and the terms we work under are set out in our
Editorial Policy.
Where else to find us
The newsletter is the most reliable way to hear from us. It goes out once a week, it is
free, and you can leave in one click. You can sign up from the
homepage.
